On Tuesday, December 3rd, Goodwill North Central Texas hosted its Annual Board/Staff Holiday Luncheon to celebrate another great year of Goodwill! During this event we recognized our team members who are celebrating 5, 10, 15, 25 and even 30 years of service to Goodwill North Central Texas. In addition, our annual awards were presented honoring the hard work and dedication of our staff, clients and community partners.

Congratulations to our graduate of the year, Cadetra Harris, who is a graduate of our CDL program.

Our Achiever of the Year was James Thompson, who entered job placement services with us in 2022 and now serves as program manager of our VetWorthy program.

Jacob Shelton was named our Shining S.T.A.R. of the year from our Grapevine life skills facility.

Autumn Harold was named our Team Member of the Year for Admin and Contacts.

Our Workforce Development Team Member of the Year was James Horton.

And Patrick Pruitt was named Team Member of the Year for our Donated Goods and Retail program.

Samantha Cloud Miller was named Community Partner of the year.

Community Engagement was named team of the year for Admin & contracts for their work on Project Goodwill, our golf tournament, Faces of Goodwill Gala and the Delegate Assembly hosted earlier this year.

Our Grants, Compliance, & Business Analytics team was named outstanding team of the year for Workforce Development.

And Kennedale was named team of the Year for Donated Goods and Retail, for their customer service and mission awareness.
These individuals play a vital role in supporting our mission to create lives of independence and build a stronger local community. It’s their efforts that make Goodwill great!
