Our Donation Tracker is a simple, self-managed tool to help you keep digital records of your donations throughout the year. While using the tracker is completely optional, it can be a convenient way to stay organized, especially when tax season rolls around.

Here’s what to know:

  • The Donation Tracker is designed for your convenience. You can enter item descriptions, donation dates, and notes all in one place—no more juggling paper receipts.
  • Goodwill does not store itemized donation information or assign values to donations. The tracker is self-managed, which means only you have access to your entries.
  • If you prefer to stick with traditional paper receipts, that’s totally fine too—both options are available.
