Goodwill loves seeing our employees and clients find success, both inside and outside of our organization! Long-time Goodwill fans might remember an incident regarding an accidentally donated snake named Toki in 2018. Toki was rescued and nursed back to health by James Murphy, who worked on the docks of our Campus Drive headquarters at the time.
Early in the pandemic, Murphy decided to change his career path and focus full-time on the product his father invented- the ENoVate Hangs EZ Fencepost Plant Hanger, a plant hanger that attaches to the metal posts of stockade fences. He also joined the business his father was forming, Valiant Sky Ventures, LLC, to facilitate the sale of the plant hangers. Today he oversees the distribution of the product to local retailers and wholesalers.
This product was recently added to our catalog of New Goods products and is proudly featured for sale at our South Collins Retail Store in Arlington for $15.99.
