Each year, your donations help us keep millions of pounds of usable goods out of local landfills, giving new life to clothing, household items and more while supporting job training and employment programs across our community.
In 2024 alone, our collective impact was remarkable:

- Pounds Diverted Through Sales: 29,611,660
- Pounds Diverted Through Recycling: 13,749,460
- Total Diversion Rate: 88%
That means nearly nine out of every ten pounds donated were reused, repurposed or recycled instead of ending up in the landfill, an incredible achievement powered by our generous donors and shoppers.
This America Recycles Day, celebrate by giving your pre-loved items a second chance. Gather gently used clothing, electronics, books and home goods, and drop them off at your nearest Goodwill donation center. Or, support sustainability in another way – shop secondhand!
