Raffle & SIlent Auction Donation form

Funds raised through Project Goodwill support our mission. We aim to promote local businesses through our mystery boxes and raffle and we're seeking donated items for our 2025 event.

Here are a few ideas on how you can partner with us:
* Tickets to DFW athletic events
* Technology items
* Restaurant gift cards
* Gift Baskets (food, beverage, specialty items)
* Gift certificates to you and your local business
* Activities such as photography sessions, wine tastings/tours, museum memberships, etc.

Goodwill North Central Texas is a 501(c)3 organization. Please retain a copy for your records. Please include the completed form with your donation by Friday, April 4, 2025.
