Giving Tuesday

Are you going shopping on Black Friday? Or Small-Business Saturday? Or Cyber Monday? While you’re searching for the perfect gifts, we’d love to invite you to give the gift of work on GivingTuesday.

GivingTuesday, an international day of giving reimagining a world built upon shared humanity and generosity, is taking place on November 29. Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbor or stranger out, showing up for an issue or people we care about, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts, and everyone has something to give.

This year, Goodwill North Central Texas is participating! We’re working to raise funds to create lives of independence and build a stronger local community. With donor support, Goodwill provides free job training and education programs and services for thousands of people in our community each year. We give them the skills and confidence they need to transform their lives and better support themselves and their families.

Will you help? Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Donate to Goodwill North Central Texas on November 29. Your generosity will help empower others to lift themselves out of poverty.
  • Follow us on Facebook for updates and stories about how Goodwill changes lives through the Power of Work.
  • Share our posts with your friends and family, tell them why you donated, and invite them to join you in making a difference.

Your kind donation will make it possible for us to offer a hand up, not a handout, to individuals in our local community. Thank you for supporting Goodwill North Central Texas—we couldn’t do it without donors like you!
