💼 E2 – E-Squared (Ages 16-24) Designed for out-of-school youth and young adults in Tarrant County, E-Squared (E2) helps participants earn their GED while getting paid. This program includes:
- GED preparation courses taught by state-certified instructors.
- Paid work experience funded by Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County.
- Life and job readiness courses to build essential skills.
- Mentoring and coaching for individualized support.
- Connections to employment and further education opportunities.
📚 A2 – Adult GED Program (Ages 25+) Our Adult GED program offers Tarrant County residents GED preparation courses taught by state-certified instructors through the Tarrant County Adult Education and Literacy Consortium. Participants also have the option to gain paid work experience while working toward their GED (must meet WIOA qualifications). Individualized mentoring and coaching ensure you stay on track for success.
🗣️ L2 – Language & Learning (Ages 18+) For adults looking to improve their English language skills, our L2 program provides intensive ESL instruction from ESL-certified teachers. Participants will:
- Learn and practice reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English.
- Improve communication in the workplace and everyday life.
- Connect to employment and education opportunities to help advance their careers.
