Donate Your Time
Volunteers are vital to our vision of a North Central Texas where every person has the opportunity for maximum independence and abundant living. Individual and small groups of 2-9 persons of all ages, time commitments and skill levels are welcome.
Large groups (10+) and corporate volunteers are encouraged to participate in our Story Behind the Store activity where you’ll get an exclusive look at everything from operations to mission and have an opportunity to serve as a group.

Give Back While You Shop: Amazon Smile
When you shop with Amazon, they will donate .5% of the price of eligible purchases to your charity of choice.
From a desktop browser – visit www.smile.amazon.com. Sign in with your normal Amazon credentials and set the charity to “Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth, Inc.”.
How to turn on AmazonSmile in the mobile app:
- Get the app: Download or update to the latest version of the Amazon Shopping app on your phone. You can find it in the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
- Join AmazonSmile: Simply sign up by selecting your favorite charity (you can change this at any time).
- Turn on AmazonSmile: Open the app and find ’Settings’ in the main menu (☰). Tap on ‘AmazonSmile’ and follow the on-screen instructions to turn on AmazonSmile on your phone.
Project Goodwill – April 6, 2023
Project Goodwill is an exciting night of fashion and fun to support Goodwill. A fashion show, design competition, and dinner, Project Goodwill challenges aspiring designers from the community to design a wearable garment using unconventional and recyclable materials from Goodwill.
The event benefits the many programs and services that are managed by Goodwill with initiatives focusing on the homeless, at-risk youth, veterans, disadvantaged, and the disabled and in 2022 raised more than $80,000 for the cause! Please join us!
